Applicants should be able to contribute to the advancement of experimental forms of Print Media Arts and Design.

We have a strong interest in candidates with expertise in traditional and extended print practices. We have a preference for candidates with multidisciplinary orientation bridging areas of animation, design, photography and gaming.

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a broad understanding of the scholarly fields of print media studies, critical histories of print media, and print media theory and visual art practices. Possible related areas of research and teaching might include painting, media arts, immersive environments and convergences of design, art, science and technology. As always, the department seeks to add to its current strength in the creation of socially and environmentally engaged work.
